Practice Management

Mrs Leverne Rose

Business & Strategic Manager   
The Business Manager role here at Beccles focuses mainly on financial, strategy planning and regulatory aspects of running the practice. No two days are ever the same and it's a great job to have. We strive to forge ahead in the challenging times within the NHS and to deal with constant changes and demands we experience and the new ways of working that come with an evolutionary health service. In my spare time I enjoy renovating my home, growing our own produce to cook, motorcycling, walking and entertaining my grandchildren. 

Mrs Doreen Moore

Project Manager
After 18 years in NHS administration I joined the Practice in 1995.
My job is to primarily work on new projects which includes the current redevelopment. I enjoy all aspects of practice life, in particular working with the practice team - they are a great bunch of people. In my spare time I enjoy cycling and motorhoming but recently acquiring a grandson has made that my special interest. 

Mrs Caroline Bentley

Practice Manager
I joined the practice in 1995 as part of the reception team and over the years I have taken on various roles within the practice and am now Practice Manager.  I am overall responsible to the daily management of the practice which includes clinical cover and staff management.  Outside of work I enjoy cooking, sugar craft and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs Alison Arnold

Practice Administrator 
I started working as a part-time Receptionist at the Practice in April 1997 after bringing up my four children.  Over the next few years I broadened my knowledge of work in general practice by taking on some secretarial work before progressing into a Management role.  In 2008/2009 I undertook a Diploma in Primary Care Management and my current role within the Management Team encompasses various aspects of practice administration including HR for the whole practice, training, complaints and ensuring we have relevant protocols, policies and procedures in place to meet the exacting standards of the CQC [Care Quality Commission]. Out of work I enjoy sewing and handicrafts,
travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.

Mrs Elaine Wicks

Reception Manager
I joined the practice in 1999 as a receptionist and have worked my way up to Reception Manager - which is a job that really suits me as I like working with the team and having patient contact. I love spending time with my family especially my granddaughter, socialising with friends and can regularly be seen supporting the Canaries.

We have over 30 reception and administrative staff. Please ask should you need any help and our staff will be happy to assist.
