Their aim is to reduce the onset of mental ill health, prevent deterioration and promote recovery by offering a range of webinars, talking therapies, employment support, peer support and social activities.

Norfolk Adult Learning
Norfolk Adult Learning offer a range of short one-off free sessions to help you understand your mental health and coping strategies to longer courses in yoga, basketball, mindfulness and wellbeing.
Norfolk Adult Learning also run a Five Ways to Wellbeing course and wellbeing walks that combine understanding wellbeing with gentle exercise to help support a healthy body and mind whilst socialising with others and getting some fresh air.
Eating healthily can not only improve physical health but can also help to improve mental health and wellbeing. Norfolk Adult Learning run the Joy of Food cookery course providing tips and practical skills to cook fresh, healthy and nutritious meals from scratch.
