Everyone is welcome in general practice.
You do not need proof of ID, address, immigration status or an NHS number in order to receive care or see a GP.

Catchment Area
Please note that every care has been taken in the preparation of information on this Postcode Mapping Tool, however there may be instances where the Postcode Mapping Tool does not include your location even though it is within our Practice Boundary. An example of this may be new housing developments where the postcodes are not yet included on Google.

Moving out of our catchment area
If you are registered with us and have moved outside of our catchment area, you will need to find a GP practice nearer to your new home. We will look after your medical needs for 30 days to give you time to register at a new GP practice in your new catchment area.
Most GP practices have the same joining process as ours.
If you require any medications please make sure you order sufficiently, as you may not be able to order medications at your new practice straight away.
