Important Message For Patients – Coronavirus

Dear patients,

Please be advised we are consistently reviewing news and advice in relation to COVID-19 (coronavirus). Your health, the staff team at the medical centre and our community are our number one priority.

Please be advised that all routine appointments with a clinician will now be a telephone call. Do not attend the surgery unless instructed to by a clinician. For any urgent queries, please Ask The Practice a Question online.

Our website offers an online service where we can advise and assist you without the need to attend the surgery. There are also useful links to other services and advice on common conditions.

If your symptoms include any of the following: coughs, colds, temperature, breathing problems, potential chest infections do not attend the surgery. Please use the NHS 111 online system before contacting the surgery, even if you have not been abroad, or been in contact with someone who has been abroad. We will be unable to assist you until you have gone through the 111 pathway. After this you may be offered a telephone appointment rather than a face to face so a clinician can review your symptoms and advise you on the most appropriate care.

If we all work together in this we can help to protect our community.
